LEAKY BRAIN - Do you have unexplained brain fog, anxieties, memory problems, or trouble concentrating if so you could possibly have what is called a leaky brain, similiar to leaky gut.

The Roof is Leaking

I am inside a house

I look up and I can see all the seams of the roof are wet and leaking

A man has his bags packed in one of the rooms and he is waiting to leave

Others are in the house

but they don't seem to notice the predicament

An Analyst Viewpoint: The blood vessels in the brain protect the brain with their cells make tight junctions to allow only small molecules and substances through what is called the Blood Brain Barrier (BBB), Just like the roof of a building will protect the inside of the building, it appears from your dream that your blood brain barrier has become breached and substances are now able to cross through and leak into the walls of the vessels into the brain. Often a leaky gut will go hand and hand with a leaky brain. Stress and environmental factors can take a toll on the brain barrier as well. When the blood brain barrier has been damageed it can be open to and susceptible to damage from heavy metals, bacteria and environmental toxins from which many dis-eases can arise. Because there is a connection between the gut and the brain both need to be addressed by balancing your blood sugars and managing stress. Any form of gluten must be eliminated whether or not you think you are gluten sensitive. Determine if there is other food sensitivities. Are you getting enough omega-3 oils from sardines on your nutritional balancing regime? Have 3 to 4 cans each week of the 3.75 ounze size. The other component of your dream was the man in a room waiting with his bags packed. It would appear that someone is getting ready to leave from your life. How this relates to the leaky brain is that perhaps there has been an "energy leak" with this man in regards to your brain and your thinking which you have just noticed.
